NSW:Elderly woman accused of murder dies before hearing

A 92-year-old grandmother accused of murdering her husband has died two days before
she was due to face a New South Wales Supreme court hearing.

CLARA TANG was charged with the murder of her 98-year-old husband, CHING YUNG TANG,
who was found dead in the couple's Surry Hills apartment in inner-Sydney, in March last
year.

She was due to face a hearing tomorrow in relation to her mental fitness to plead,
but yesterday she died of natural causes.
