Fed: Labor 'rock solid' on implementing an ETS: PM
CANBERRA, Feb 24 AAP - Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has told Labor MPs the government
is "rock solid" on plans to introduce an emissions trading scheme.
The government is under fire from all sides of the climate change debate as it pushes
ahead with its plan to start the scheme in July 2010.
